* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 832 AM CST, Between 10 and 14 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Between 4 and 14 inches of rain have fallen in the past couple days. - Light rain showers will continue through the morning then clear out, but high water will persist leading to prolonged impacts of road closures and water out of banks of numerous rivers and creeks. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
