To reach Nails Creek, from Giddings, It goes 7 miles east on US 290. Turn left on FM 180 and go 13 miles to the park entrance. It offers two-lane ramps that can handle all boat types, a parking area, restroom, cleaning stations, and a campsite. It is open all year round. There is a park entry fee.
